Through this partnership, IEF delivers the CIBA Foundation in Budgeting (FIB), a rigorous entry-level program designed for aspiring budget professionals and experienced practitioners seeking formal certification.
Graduates of the FIB program receive automatic exemption from Level 1 of the CIBA qualification pathway, enabling them to advance directly to Level 2 of the Certified Budget Analyst certification.
