The CIBA Foundation in Budgeting (FIB) programme delivered by the Institute of Economics and Finance (IEF) in collaboration with CIBA was a rewarding experience. The course was well-structured, with relevant and practical content that covered key areas in public sector budgeting.The lecturer delivered the sessions effectively and kept participants engaged. His approach helped make complex topics accessible and applicable.As someone with an accounting background and working in the Accounts Department at Ghana Cocoa Board, I found the programme to be a valuable enhancement of my existing knowledge. It also provided a solid foundation for progressing toward full CIBA certification.I commend IEF and CIBA for organizing such a useful programme. I rate it 80 out of 100.
